Terms of Service

Orders placed on this site are for pickup at our counter in the Uptown Christiansburg Mall, Unit 752. We're open Mon–Sat 9am–7pm · Sun 12pm–6pm. Last online pickup is 15 minutes before close — 6:45pm Mon–Sat, 5:45pm Sun. We cook to order, so please come at the time shown on your confirmation — food held too long gets remade at our discretion.

Every potato includes up to four toppings; extras are $0.50 each. Prices are shown before tax, and Christiansburg meals tax plus Virginia sales tax are added at checkout. Menu items, flavors and prices can change or sell out — the price charged is the one shown when you pay.

Card payments are handled by Stripe. Placing an order authorizes us to charge the total shown, including tax and any tip you add on the card reader. An order isn't confirmed until payment succeeds; unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after a short hold.

Need to cancel? Call us at 540-315-1651 before we start cooking and we'll refund the full amount to the original payment method. If something's wrong with your order, tell us that day and we'll remake it or refund it. Refunds appear on your statement within a few business days.

Spud Club is free. Each paid potato or combo earns one star, and 5 stars earn a free potato with up to four toppings. Stars have no cash value, can't be sold or transferred, and are removed if the order that earned them is refunded. We may end or change the program with notice on this site.

Gift cards are redeemable for food and drink at our counter or online, never redeemable for cash except where Virginia law requires it, and don't expire. Treat a card like cash — we can't replace a lost or shared code. Balances are checked at redemption.

Our kitchen handles dairy, wheat, soy and other allergens on shared equipment, so we can't guarantee any item is allergen-free. Tell us about an allergy before ordering and we'll tell you what's in the pan.

Keep your account credentials to yourself; you're responsible for orders placed from your account. We may refuse service or close an account for fraud, abuse of staff, or misuse of rewards, comps or gift cards.

We provide this site as-is and, to the extent Virginia law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. These terms are governed by Virginia law. We may update them here; continuing to order means you accept the current version. Questions? Call 540-315-1651.
