Privacy Policy

• Your name — printed on the kitchen ticket so we can call your order.
• Email address — order receipts, "your spud is ready" notices, and Spud Club account sign-in.
• Phone number — optional. Used to reach you about that day's order and to look up your Spud Club punches at the counter.
• Google sign-in — if you choose it, Google shares your name, email and profile photo with us to create your account. We never see your Google password.
• Order history — what you ordered, when, the total, and any pickup time you scheduled.
• Gift card details — the card code, balance, and the recipient name and email you enter when you send a digital card.

Card payments are processed by Stripe, both online and on the card reader at the counter. Your full card number never touches our systems — Stripe handles it and returns only a confirmation, the last four digits, and the amount. Stripe's own privacy notice is at stripe.com/privacy.

Only to make and hand you your food, send the receipt and pickup notifications, run Spud Club rewards and gift cards, process refunds, and keep sales records the way any restaurant has to. We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.

Baked & Loaded staff on shift, and the vendors that run the site for us: our hosting and database provider, Stripe for payments, and our email provider for receipts. Each only receives what it needs to do that job. We also share information when the law requires it.

Order and payment records are kept for our accounting and tax obligations. Spud Club accounts stay active until you ask us to close them. Ask us to delete your account and we'll remove your profile and contact details, keeping only the sales totals we're required to retain.

We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and to hold your cart between pages. No advertising trackers.
